Back in the 1990s, the RIAS entered an international mini football tournament between architects from England, Scotland, Spain and Morocco. The call from the RIAS came out and Keith Cameron [centre] from P+H managed to grab one of the jerseys [the blue and black striped jerseys borrowed from the English team]. Scotland didn’t have their own kit but Spain and Morocco had their own band on the touchline with trumpets and drums!
A 3-2 win over Spain was followed by a 1-0 defeat to Morocco. Fortunately Scotland didn’t have to play England who had run up pretty high scores against the other two nations…

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic Patience + Highmore are fully working to, and supporting, UK and Scottish Government advice. Therefore our remote working practices are fully operational.
All staff are remote working with full access to cloud based file sharing systems and direct dial numbers remain unchanged . We can participate in conference calling and Skype style video meetings if required.

The Patience and Highmore project on the High Street, Selkirk for Eildon Housing Association picks up the “Small Affordable Housing Development of the Year (social rent)” award at the Scottish Home Awards 2019 last night.
Eight more projects, including restuarants, a children’s nursery and a church have been added to our website. A new graphics gallery has been also added under our Blog+ section.
Some much needed new projects will be added to the website over the next few days. Latest project added is Pierinos Restaurant in Leith.
Patience and Highmore’s Cameron Allan and Daniel Laidlaw were part of the winning Edinburgh team at the RIAS Inter Chapter Golf Tournament in Crieff on Wednesday. As Cameron’s score was the highest in the team, the Giscol Trophy is now residing in our offices…
